3. Nature of Services and Non-Advisory Notice
Mettlevouch functions as a software technology platform delivering analytical processing, market research intelligence, backtesting suites, and algorithmic execution connectivity for digital assets, foreign exchange, and related derivative contracts.
Mettlevouch does not provide personal financial advice, managed portfolio management, tax advisory, or legal counsel. Mettlevouch provides computational software interfaces and execution bridges. The platform does not hold custody of client funds or directly execute fiat deposit settlements. All transactions, fund holdings, margined leverage positions, and fiat-to-crypto exchanges are processed through independent, partnered, or user-selected third-party brokerage institutions and liquidity venues.
We bear no responsibility or liability for acts, omissions, solvency, service delays, or policy enforcement actions instituted by third-party brokerages or exchange networks.
